This tool can extract email addresses from different mail folders like drafts, sent items, deleted items, inbox, outbox etc. with ease. Tool can also extract email addresses from contacts folder. The tool has been equipped with whole lot of advanced features to carry out extraction tasks efficiently. Users can carry out most operations with a few clicks of the mouse. To extract email IDs user first needs to add PST or DBX files. Now user needs to select folders like inbox, outbox etc. User can select folders from multiple PST or DBX files simultaneously. After selecting folders user simply needs to click on start Search button to generate Email ID list. After this user can click on Filter Emails button to set search criteria and extract IDs relevant to it. After this user needs to click on Remove duplicates button to remove duplicate email addresses. Finally user needs to click on Save Email button to save extracted email IDs in .CSV format opening in excel or .TXT format opening in notepad.
